Postcards. Each 4 x 6". 2007.

In an attempt to see how I physically appeared to friends and family, I asked individuals to send me the height of their sightline (the distance from the floor to the center of their eye) and took a photograph with a camera positioned at that height. I printed the photographs lifesize as postcards and mailed them back to the individuals. A mark on the edge of each postcard corresponds to the sightline of the individual and functions as a guide for how high to affix the postcard to a wall.
